All parcels are sent via standard Canada Post & UPS (tracked) unless you upgraded your shipping method to Xpresspost.

Processing time

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

Every candle is final sale, but if there are any problems with your order, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges and returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges because our products are handmade, however you can always get in touch with us if you have any questions about returns.
Issues and damages
If an item is broken, defective, or the wrong item is delivered, you have 48 hours to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us. You must email soyandmelt10@gmail.com with a description of the damage and photographic proof.
Packages that are left outside in the heat, cold, or rain for an extended period of time are not the responsibility of Soy&Melt.

Loss and theft of packages
We are not able to take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages once your item has been dispatched. You can get in touch with us, and we'll supply you with all the details you need to make a claim to your shipping company.
